Built on a dual-emulsion eco-friendly formulation, the system delivers zero-VOC, odor-free performance for safe, non-toxic and low-energy application, fully resolving the strong odor and environmental non-compliance issues of conventional high-gloss coatings. Highly adaptable and easy to handle, it offers excellent process stability that effectively prevents coating defects and ensures consistent quality across mass production. Core performance is equally impressive: the system provides a 4-hour pot life, offering an ample working window, while film gloss remains stable above 95 throughout this period for a lasting high-gloss appearance. Its low viscosity also ensures excellent compatibility with a wide range of pigments, enabling the formulation of premium high-gloss films with a rich, uniform and lustrous finish.

The system excels in high-build performance, breaking through the thickness limits of conventional coatings to enable fast curing at 90 μm. It reaches surface-dry in just 40 minutes at ambient temperature, significantly boosting application efficiency. After baking, the cured film is smooth, flat and highly glossy, free from defects such as pinholes, blisters and craters, delivering excellent film integrity and aesthetics.
