The measured data of traditional solvent-based systems are outstanding: 60° gloss of 99.3, hardness up to 4H, MEK rub resistance reaching grade 5 after 50 cycles, and no abnormalities in 50 cm direct and reverse impact tests—demonstrating solid and stable overall physical properties. In contrast, waterborne products generally suffer from insufficient gloss, lower hardness, poor resistance, and susceptibility to damage, making it difficult for them to truly replace solvent-based systems.

Tested product performance shows a 60° gloss of 93.2 ,delivering a brilliant, mirror-like high-gloss finish. After curing, the film achieves a high hardness of 4H with excellent scratch and abrasion resistance. It remains perfectly intact in 50 cm direct and reverse impact tests, and its MEK rub resistance is on par with solvent-based standards: no abnormalities after 50 rubs. Successfully achieving solvent resistance and high protective performance equivalent to solvent-based systems within a waterborne formulation, it fully meets the demanding operating conditions of industrial packaging interior coatings.
