Specifically designed for waterborne two-component systems, this product delivers stable and superior overall performance to help the waterborne coating and composite material industries to achieve quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.

As a high-performance waterborne epoxy product developed via targeted modification, HDE8273-64-WB complies with the waterborne two-component systems to enable efficient, stable crosslinking reactions with amine curing agents for an uniform, controllable film-forming process. This greatly improves film formation stability and overall coating performance, fundamentally resolving common challenge of waterborne systems such as uneven film formation and insufficient stability, and providing solid quality assurance for finished products.

The product boasts well-balanced, premium core performance and excellent application adaptability. Its solid content reaches 64%. At 25°C, its viscosity ranges from 50–1000 cps, endowing it with excellent fluidity and easy workability, lowering process resistance, and suiting multiple construction methods. Meanwhile, its epoxy equivalent weight is steadily maintained at 700–760 g/eq. With a mature, stable formula and high batch consistency, it fully meets the demands of large-scale industrial production and standardized application.
