Shanghai Handai Chemical has added another piece to its 2026 innovation strategy, proudly launching its 33rd new product—HYE8405 Ultra-Low Viscosity Liquid Epoxy Resin. This release further strengthens the brand's ultra-low viscosity modified epoxy resin product line, breaking through the limitations of traditional raw materials with cutting-edge technology and delivering superior customized solutions for the high-end industrial materials sector.

The product is manufactured using a precision modification process with C12-C14 aliphatic glycidyl ether, based on high-quality bisphenol-A liquid epoxy resin. Through meticulous molecular structure control, it achieves an optimal balance between ultra-low viscosity and excellent processability, thoroughly solving the industry challenges of high viscosity, poor wettability, and complicated application associated with conventional epoxy resins. It is fully compatible with the high-precision, high-efficiency demands of modern industrial production and application.

HYE8405 is a clear and transparent liquid, free from impurities and turbidity, with stable, controllable performance parameters that consistently meet specifications. At a standard 25°C environment, its viscosity is only 900–1,200 mPa·s, offering fluidity far superior to conventional products of its kind. It mixes and stirs easily, penetrates quickly and uniformly into various fillers and onto substrates, effectively reduces bubble formation, and significantly enhances application and production efficiency. The epoxy equivalent weight is controlled between 190–210 g/eq, providing excellent compatibility with a wide range of curing agents.
