一、任职资格

1. 工作经验与语言能力：具备外资企业工作经验者优先；无外资企业工作经历者，需具备出色的英语应用能力，可熟练使用英语完成技术交流、文档撰写及跨国业务沟通，具体需达到能独立处理国际业务邮件或参与英文会议讨论的水平。

2. 专业经验：拥有3年及以上水性涂料行业从业经验，对水性涂料产品研发、生产工艺或应用技术有深入理解，熟悉行业发展趋势与前沿技术。

3. 优先条件：熟悉瀚岱化学产品体系及技术特点者，在同等条件下优先录用。

4. 学历要求：双一流高校本科学历，化学工程、应用化学等相关专业优先。

5. 破格条件：具备极强的逻辑分析能力、拥有突出项目成果或行业影响力者，学历及工作经验要求可适当放宽。

二、岗位职责

1. 客户服务与市场拓展：与经销商紧密协作，开展客户拜访工作，深度挖掘客户需求，维护并拓展长期稳定的客户合作关系。

2. 技术支持与方案定制：基于客户实际需求，结合瀚岱化学产品特性，提供专业、高效的技术解决方案，推动产品在客户场景中的落地应用。

3. 需求洞察与价值转化：通过高效沟通与逻辑分析，精准识别客户潜在需求，将需求转化为产品应用场景，提升客户满意度与市场占有率。

4. 技术文档管理：独立完成产品安全技术说明书（MSDS）、技术数据表（TDS）等技术文档的编制、更新与维护，确保内容专业、规范、准确。

I. Qualifications

1. Work Experience and Language Proficiency: Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in foreign-funded enterprises. For those without such experience, excellent English proficiency is required. Candidates should be able to use English proficiently for technical communication, document writing, and cross-border business communication, specifically reaching a level where they can independently handle international business emails and participate in English meetings.

2. Professional Experience: Possess more than 3 years of working experience in the water-based coatings industry, with a deep understanding of water-based coating product research and development, production processes, or application technologies, and be familiar with industry development trends and cutting-edge technologies.

3. Preferred Conditions: Candidates familiar with Handai Chemistry's product system and technical characteristics will be given priority under the same conditions.

4. Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree from a Double First-Class University, with a preference for majors related to chemical engineering and applied chemistry.

5. Exceptional Conditions: Candidates with extremely strong logical analysis skills, outstanding project achievements, or industry influence may have relaxed requirements for education and work experience.

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service and Market Expansion: Collaborate closely with distributors to conduct customer visits, deeply explore customer needs, and maintain and expand long-term and stable customer partnerships.

2. Technical Support and Solution Customization: Based on actual customer needs and combined with the characteristics of Handai Chemistry's products, provide professional and efficient technical solutions to promote the implementation of products in customer scenarios.

3. Demand Insight and Value Conversion: Through effective communication and logical analysis, accurately identify potential customer needs, transform these needs into product application scenarios, and enhance customer satisfaction and market share.

4. Technical Document Management: Independently complete the preparation, update, and maintenance of technical documents such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS), ensuring that the content is professional, standardized, and accurate.
