沈总指出，在新能源汽车产业蓬勃发展的当下，材料轻型化是关键。铝合金、镁合金、高强度钢和碳纤维复合材料已广泛应用，但在材料选择、连接工艺及与涂料匹配等方面仍存在难题。同时，新能源汽车涂料与涂装面临严峻挑战：环保法规对挥发性有机化合物（VOC）排放限制严苛，传统溶剂型涂料难以满足；多种底材的不同特性，如塑料底材表面能低、复合材料质地不均，给涂料附着力带来困扰；消费者对汽车外观的个性化和功能多样化要求，也增加了涂料研发难度。

General Manager Shen pointed out that with the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry, the lightweighting of materials is the key. Aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, high-strength steels, and carbon fiber composite materials have been widely used. However, there are still challenges in aspects such as material selection, connection processes, and the matching with coatings. At the same time, new energy vehicle coatings and painting face severe challenges: environmental protection regulations impose strict restrictions on the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which traditional solvent-based coatings can hardly meet; the different characteristics of various substrates, such as the low surface energy of plastic substrates and the uneven texture of composite materials, pose problems for the adhesion of coatings; consumers' demands for personalized appearance and diversified functions of vehicles also increase the difficulty of coating research and development.
