As a pioneer in the chemical industry, Shanghai Handai Chemical Co., Ltd. is actively embracing digital transformation and is committed to deeply integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into the chemical industry. We are now recruiting an outstanding AI Product Architect globally, who will serve as the key navigator for us to open a new chapter in intelligent chemical engineering. You will shoulder heavy responsibilities, leveraging your profound technical expertise and forward-looking product thinking to lead the design and meticulously build an innovative AI product architecture. You will fully drive the entire process of the company's AI products from blueprint planning to stable implementation, ensuring that every product is technically solid and precisely meets the professional needs of users in the chemical industry, laying a solid foundation for the company's leapfrog development in the intelligent era.

职责：

Responsibilities:

1. 依据公司化工业务战略与市场需求，匠心独运地设计 AI 产品整体架构，精准校准技术路径与产品核心目标，保障架构的科学性、先进性与实用性。

1. Design the overall architecture of AI products ingeniously according to the company's chemical business strategy and market demand, accurately calibrate the technical path and the core product objectives, and ensure the scientificity, advancement, and practicality of the architecture.

2. 与化工产品专家、数据科学家、研发工程师紧密协同，深度剖析化工生产、供应链管理、质量监控等环节痛点，精准定义 AI 产品功能需求与技术迭代路线图，推动跨团队高效协作。

2. Collaborate closely with chemical product experts, data scientists, and R&D engineers, deeply analyze the pain points in chemical production, supply chain management, quality monitoring, and other aspects, precisely define the functional requirements and technical iteration roadmap of AI products, and promote efficient cross-team collaboration.

3. 时刻关注全球 AI 技术前沿动态，深度钻研并审慎评估适用于化工场景的最新技术成果，诸如智能预测性维护算法、化工流程优化模型等，果敢推动技术创新实践，持续优化产品性能表现。

3. Keep a close eye on the latest global trends in AI technologies, deeply study and carefully evaluate the latest technological achievements applicable to chemical scenarios, such as intelligent predictive maintenance algorithms, chemical process optimization models, etc., and bravely promote technological innovation practices to continuously optimize product performance.

4. 作为技术团队的卓越领袖，统筹规划项目任务，合理分配资源，激发团队潜能，严把质量关卡，确保 AI 产品按时、高质量交付，为客户呈献卓越价值。

4. As an excellent leader of the technical team, plan project tasks comprehensively, allocate resources reasonably, stimulate the team's potential, and strictly control the quality to ensure that AI products are delivered on time and with high quality, presenting excellent value to customers.

5. 主动与化工企业客户、上下游合作伙伴深入沟通，敏锐捕捉一线需求，凭借深厚专业素养提供定制化、高可行性的技术解决方案，助力商业拓展与合作深化。

5. Take the initiative to communicate deeply with customers in chemical enterprises, upstream and downstream partners, keenly capture front-line needs, and provide customized and highly feasible technical solutions with profound professional knowledge, helping to expand business and deepen cooperation.

6. 基于化工行业严苛标准与复杂业务特性，制定严谨、周全的技术规范与标准，全方位保障 AI 系统的扩展性、安全性、稳定性及高性能运行，从容应对海量化工数据处理与复杂生产环境挑战。

Based on the strict standards and complex business characteristics of the chemical industry, formulate rigorous and comprehensive technical specifications and standards to fully ensure the scalability, security, stability, and high-performance operation of the AI system, and calmly deal with the challenges of massive chemical data processing and complex production environments.

要求：

Requirements:

1. 计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的学术背景为职业发展奠定基石。

1. A bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, or related majors. A solid academic background lays the foundation for your career development.

2. 5 年以上 AI 或机器学习领域实战经验，其中至少 2 年聚焦于工业领域应用实践，熟悉化工行业业务流程者优先考量。

2. More than 5 years of practical experience in the AI or machine learning field, with at least 2 years focusing on industrial application practices. Those familiar with the business processes of the chemical industry will be given priority.

3. 熟练驾驭 Python、Java、C++等主流编程语言，对 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等前沿机器学习框架精通掌握，能够灵活运用进行模型开发与优化。

3. Proficient in mainstream programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, and have a thorough command of cutting-edge machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, and be able to flexibly use them for model development and optimization.

4. 兼具深厚的产品设计功力与用户洞察敏锐度，过往主导或深度参与的技术项目成功转化为市场认可的用户友好型产品，拥有卓越的产品全生命周期管理能力。

4. Have both profound product design skills and a keen sense of user insights. Past technical projects that you have led or deeply participated in should have been successfully transformed into user-friendly products recognized by the market, and you should have excellent product life cycle management capabilities.

5. 出色的沟通协调才能，既能与技术精英就复杂算法、架构设计侃侃而谈，又能将技术理念深入浅出地阐释给非技术背景的业务伙伴、客户，促进团队无缝协作。

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, being able to have in-depth discussions with technical elites on complex algorithms and architecture design, and also being able to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable way to business partners and customers without a technical background, promoting seamless team collaboration.

6. 具备丰富的团队管理实操经验，能够知人善任，高效引领技术团队攻克复杂项目难题，在高压环境下达成卓越绩效。
